Dr. Chris Caraman holds a European Medical Doctor Degree evaluated by the University of Toronto as equivalent to a Medical Degree from a reputable Canadian University. Having over twenty-five years of practice experience, he qualified in medicine at University of Bucharest Medical School and completed a rotating internship in Internal Medicine, with a strong emphasis on mind-body interactions and persuasive healing in psychosomatic medicine.

Within European Union Homeopathic Medicine plays a significant role in medical treatment and is part of mainstream medicine. Since in Ontario the College of Physicians regards Homeopathy as Alternative Medicine, Dr. Caraman pursued his interest in Holistic Medicine Therapeutics by attending Post-Graduate courses in Homeopathy, Traditional Chinese Medicine & Acupuncture, Phytotherapy (Herbal Medicine), Clinical Nutrition, Psychology & Counselling, at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in Toronto.

Dr. Caraman also attended a Post-Graduate advanced program for Physicians at the Homeopathic College of Canada, which addresses at expert level the Homeopathic Pharmacology & Therapeutics in the areas of Internal Medicine, Psychiatry and Behavioral Science and leads to an advanced specialization in Homeopathic Medicine.

With a special interest and extensive research in the mind dynamics, their physical effects and the role of suggestion in the process of healing, Dr. Caraman specialized in Ericksonian Hypnosis and Psychosomatic Medicine with Centre d'Etude, Recherche, Formation en Psychologie Appliqué in France and honed his Hypnotherapy skills by taking advanced Hypnoanalysis courses with Omni Hypnosis Training Center in Florida.

Dr. Caraman earned the Homeopathic Doctor designation as part of the licensure/registration with the College of Homeopaths of Ontario process. He is also a Certified Hypnotherapist and earned the National Board of Hypnosis Education certification as well. Dr. Caraman maintains a busy private practice in midtown Toronto, successfully integrating Clinical Hypnosis and Homeopathic Medicine into a unique, state of the art Mind-Body Medicine approach.
