Smoking Cessation

High Efficacy

Hypnotherapy can be highly effective in smoking cessation. Research shows that Hypnotherapy has a success rate in excess of 70% for removing the habit pattern. (Watkins, 1976) Homeopathics have been found to be effective in controlling the withdrawal symptoms and are used in combination with Hypnotherapy in order to detox the body and eliminate the nicotine craving.

Compare that to the success rates of trying to quit on your own. Depending on the study, success rates are variously reported at 2-5% (Silagy, 2000)

Using antidepressants (Zyban/Wellbutrinfor) for smoking cessation show improvement over no intervention, but not by much. Failure rates are over 90% (Fagerstrom, 1999)

All of the commercially available forms of Nicotine Replacement Therapy (NRT) are relatively effective, and only as part of a strategy to promote smoking cessation. Gum 5.2-6.2%, Patch 5.5-6.9%, Nasal spray 5.5-11.5%, Inhalator 4.9-10.8%, Lozenge 5.5-8.8% (Benowitz, 1999)

Using behavior therapy increases the odds to only 25% (Rigotti, 2001)

In fact, there is no other method supported by research that even comes close to the combination of hypnosis & homeopathy for both removing the habit pattern & eliminating the nicotine craving.

Integrated Program

Almost every smoker has at one time or another attempted to break the habit. The first step in breaking a smoking addiction is breaking the denial of the seriousness of the problem.

Stop-smiking In order for the Smoking Cessation Integrated Program to be successful - therefore to assist in the elimination of the desire to smoke, to promote the desire for healthy habits and to encourage permanent behavioral modifications - 2 to 4 Hypnosis Sessions, combined with a Homeopathic regimen to detox your body, are customarily required.

Multiple-session hypnosis has a success rate in excess of 70% at helping people quit smoking (Watkins, 1976) much higher than any other smoking cessation method available and integrating the homeopathic regimen increases the success rate to over 90%.
